Silk Screening
Our screener combines his talents and years of experience with our unparalled art department, getting your ideas into solid production with ease. Our Screening Equipment can print up to 6 color designs and is capable of printing full color imagery (C,M,Y,K). We carry Pantone Inks to ensure we match Corporate Logo Colors every time, and we also offer custom mixing of any ink. Silk Screening can be applied to most of all textile surfaces, including high end athletic/safety wear. (Ask our art dept/screener about specialty items & their respective material make-up prior to ordering product.) Almost any graphic can be transferred to a silk screen-able medium.
Embroidery
Shamrock's Embroidery Dept. can effectively complete orders in an efficient timeframe. Embroidery brings a classic treatment to apparel or textile materials, and it is our 3 multi-head machines which create the beautiful, precise embroidery found on our products. Embroidered pieces range from small left chest sized emblems, full back pieces to custom cresting. We also produce applique lettering, name bars & marrowed badges. Ideal for any type of athletic jersey or uniform. We have a full range of Isocord and Gunold thread colors to select from. Almost any graphic can be transferred to embroidery.
Design
Creativity & Artistic Interpretations come alive in our art department. Our Graphic Designer is an Alumni of Grant McEwan, with a major in Design & Digital Media. With over 4+ years in the design industry, his knowledge is extensive and in depth. We use vector imagery and Photoshop to create all of our graphics. Whether you require a graphic rebuild or revamp, logo development or design layout, we can assist you. We can create custom graphics for screening, embroidery or print.
